1670 is Worthy Park Estate’s founding year the year sugarcane production began on a site in Saint Catherine, Jamaica that has been continuously operating ever since, making it one of the oldest continuously producing rum estates in the Western Hemisphere. Hamilton’s West Indies 1670 takes its name as a tribute to that heritage and pairs Worthy Park’s funky Jamaican character with the earthy, smoky depth of Demerara rum from Diamond Distillery on the banks of the Demerara River in Guyana the same distillery that produces El Dorado rum.

The result is a blend designed specifically for cocktail mixing particularly the aged Daiquiri where two of the Caribbean’s most characterful rum traditions meet in a single bottle.
