Made by taking Hudson’s New York corn whiskey and maturing it in a first-use charred American oak barrel, Baby Bourbon is an all-corn bourbon with a distinctive, grain-forward character. The barrel aging adds light sweetness and a deep amber color, while the 100% corn mash keeps the profile bright and defined, closing warm with notes of marzipan and roasted corn.
