Distilled exclusively from grapes and unaltered (not even with water), then rested one year in stainless steel. A clear, colorless pisco built around the Quebranta grapes subtle, structural character.
From Hacienda La Caravedo home to Portn pisco is crafted by hand in small batches using traditional artisanal distilling techniques, honoring the spirit of Perus national distillate. Quebranta is the most-planted pisco varietal: a non-aromatic black grape that produces a versatile, structural pisco. Per Perus D.O. rules, no water is added after distillation the bottling strength is the natural distillation strength.
