The whiskey aging process is influenced by time & place. Arent we lucky. These barrels have all been influenced by the greatly varyingtemperatures & humidity levels of their original source and their time in our rick house in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The different rick house positions combined with climate variations have led to subtle deviations in flavor, all coming together in a hyper small batch blend of no more than a handful of barrels. Aged for a minimum of thirteen years, non-chill filtered & proofed with our own limestone mineral water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of NY, Lucky Thirteen is always a way to share good fortune.
Nose of Vanilla Bean, Earl Grey Tea, Caramel & Sweet Tobacco. On the palate, you’ll find Pecan Pie, Whole Grain Toast,Grapefruit Peel. Lucky 13 finishes with nuances of Nutmeg, Birch Beer, and Dry Oak Tannin.
